I'm not a reject!
So I am still a little in shock. This week, my acceptance letters from Harvard, Duke and Yale came in, as well as generous fellowship offers. It's been a surreal experience, which I am sure is exacerbated by the Sudafed/Medicine Head thing I've got going on with this cold. Anyway, I don't think the good fortune has completely sunk in my brain. Harvard has been my favorite all along. I worked the hardest on that application. I love their program and the location, and they are also offering the most lucrative fellowship. Needless to say, those facts make my decision easier. So while it's not official until I send in my signed letter, I can unofficially say I will probably be attending Harvard Divinity School in the fall.
So here's the lowdown on the scholarships and fellowships. Thank goodness for a free ride, since working as a missionary has really allowed me to bank all this cash.
